Welcome to BrandForge ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the BrandForge iOS application.

By using BrandForge, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Logo projects — the designs, text, colours, and layouts you create are stored locally on your device. We do not upload your projects to any external server.
  • Imported images — images you import from your photo library are used solely within the app to compose your logo. They are stored on your device only.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Purchase and subscription data — when you subscribe or make a purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment details. We receive only a confirmation of your entitlement status from Apple's StoreKit framework.
  • Device information — we may collect basic, non-identifiable device information (such as iOS version and device model) for the purpose of diagnosing crashes and improving app performance. This information cannot be used to identify you personally.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not collect your name, email address, or any account credentials.
  • We do not track your location.
  • We do not use advertising identifiers or serve ads.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect solely to:

  • Verify your subscription status and unlock app features accordingly
  • Diagnose technical issues and improve app stability
  • Respond to support requests you initiate

4. Data Storage

All logo projects, imported images, and design data are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not operate servers that store your content. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

5. Third-Party Services

BrandForge uses the following Apple-provided frameworks that are subject to Apple's own privacy policies:

  • StoreKit — for processing subscriptions and purchases
  • PhotosUI / PHPickerViewController — for importing images from your photo library (no access is granted beyond the images you explicitly select)
  • UIKit / SwiftUI — for rendering and exporting your designs

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

6. Children's Privacy

BrandForge is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Since we do not store personal data on our servers, most of your data is entirely within your control on your own device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
